Article 1: Premium Membership
Deelplaatjes.nl offers a Premium Membership for a fixed monthly fee. The subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled in time. You may cancel at any time via your account or via this page.
Premium includes, among other things, an ad-free experience and access to additional features within the platform. Paid subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by law. In accordance with European consumer law, a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies unless the service has been fully performed with the user's prior consent.
Article 2: Platform & App Use
The platform is accessible via www.deelplaatjes.nl and through the official mobile application. Use must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
It is prohibited to:
- Upload unlawful or copyrighted content without permission;
- Publish offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content;
- Use spam, bots, or automated systems;
- Artificially manipulate likes, comments, or followers;
- Interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
Article 3: User Generated Content & License
Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, the user grants Deelplaatjes.nl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, technically process, and make such content available within the platform and its associated application.
Users warrant that their content does not infringe the rights of third parties. Reports of rights violations may be submitted via our policy form. In the event of valid complaints, content will be removed.
Article 3A: Rights to uploads & AI-generated content
Users confirm that they possess the necessary rights to upload, share or publish images or other content through the platform.
It is not permitted to upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
If AI tools or other automated systems are used to generate images, the user remains fully responsible for the generated content and its use on the platform.
AI-generated images must not contain content that:
- Infringes the rights of third parties;
- Is misleading, harmful or illegal;
- Violates the community guidelines.
Deelplaatjes.nl reserves the right to remove AI-generated content that violates these terms or the community guidelines.
Article 4: Community Conduct
The platform includes social features such as likes, comments, following, and sharing. Users must behave respectfully toward other users. Abuse of these features may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

In order to keep the platform safe and enjoyable for everyone, additional community guidelines apply to all users.
It is not allowed to upload or share content that:
- Contains hate speech, discrimination or harassment;
- Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material;
- Contains violent or disturbing imagery;
- Contains spam, misleading or harmful content;
- Violates copyright or other rights of third parties;
- Promotes or supports illegal activities.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share on the platform.
Content that violates these guidelines may be removed by Deelplaatjes.nl without prior notice.

Article 5: Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the software, design, logos, platform structure, and platform content (excluding user generated content) are owned by Deelplaatjes.nl. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform without prior written consent is prohibited.
Article 6: Moderation & Termination
Deelplaatjes.nl reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate applicable laws or these terms. Deelplaatjes.nl acts as a hosting platform and is not the publisher of user generated content.
Article 7: Liability
Deelplaatjes.nl shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. This includes, in particular:
- Temporary technical interruptions;
- Loss of data;
- Content uploaded by users.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in subscription fees during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Article 8: Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Deelplaatjes.nl harmless from any claims by third parties arising from their uploaded content or use of the platform.
Article 9: Advertising
Free users may be shown advertisements. Advertisements are provided by external partners such as Google AdMob. Deelplaatjes.nl has no control over the content of such advertisements and accepts no liability for them.
Article 10: Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate privacy policy. Deelplaatjes.nl has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Article 11: Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Dutch law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
